museum. All passes must be reserved by an adult or young adult with a valid library card. Children
must be accompanied by an adult. |

| Guidelines for Pass Use |

Booking passes in advance
is suggested. You may book a pass in person or by phone. Passes will not be reserved more
than four weeks in advance. Please contact your neighborhood branch or the General
Library (Johnson Building) for more information. You must have a *valid library card to
reserve and use the passes.
Some museums have provided the library with disposable passes that are for one use only, and others have given the library re-usable passes that must be returned to the library. All re-usable passes must be checked out on your library card. The person who reserved the pass must be the one to pick up the pass. You may pick up the museum pass the day of use. Exception: Passes reserved for Sunday may be picked up on the Friday or Saturday preceding the Sunday reservation date. The pass must be returned the next day the library is open. It must be returned to the same library where you picked it up. Please do not return the pass in a bookbin. If passes are not returned on time, your pass privileges will be revoked for 3 months. In order to ensure fair distribution of passes, the following restrictions apply:
*A valid card is a card that has under
$10.00 in overdue fines and no overdue books. |
