- Material is due
on the date stamped on reciept printed at time of checkout. Please make note of new due dates on materials renewed by phone or online. Material should be returned
no later than that date.
- Overdue notices,
in the form of a bill, are sent when the material is overdue by
30 days.
- Bills include
the replacement cost of the item(s).
- If the item is
returned an overdue fine will be
charged rather than the replacement cost.
- The borrower
is responsible for knowing the date materials are due.
- The Library sends a bill when items are 30-days overdue. The Library
is not responsible for late or non-delivery of bills.
- Questions regarding
overdue material should be directed to the the phone number listed in the upper left hand corner of the bill, or in-person at any BPL location.
- Overdue notices
may be sent either by mail or email depending on how you have
requested this service. Please consider helping us by signing up to receive your overdue notices by email.
