Over the next five years, the Boston Public Library Foundation
will seek to raise $25 million dedicated to:
- Complete the restoration of the National Historic Landmark McKim
Building at Copley Square
- Update the facilities and services of the Library's 27 neighborhood
branches, with a special focus on enhancing youth and family programming
- Improve access to resources through enhanced state-of-the-art
technology
- Preserve, maintain, and electronically catalog the Library's
special collections
