Anna Fahey-Flynn started at the BPL as a reference librarian in 2007, and has served in several roles since that time including digital services, curriculum development, and collaborative services. In her current role as Central Library Manager, Anna Fahey-Flynn is focused on customer service, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Central Library in Copley Square, administering the Metro Boston Library Network, and overseeing implementation of statewide services through the Library for the Commonwealth program. Anna received her Masters in Information Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
