Priscilla Foley is the Director of Neighborhood Services at the Boston Public Library, overseeing 25 branch locations throughout the city. Priscilla previously served as the Director of Archival Operations for the National Archives and records Administration. She holds a Master’s Degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.
