Our community rooms are available to designated non-profit organizations holding meetings that are free and open to the public.

Reserve a Room at a Branch Location
Contact the branch librarian at the location you'd like to reserve, and submit your reservation application at least 3 weeks ahead of the requested date
Please Note
- Reservations for meeting room space are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and Library or City-sponsored meetings have priority.
- Rooms are not intended for use as your organization's primary meeting place
- All use is subject to our official meeting room policy and procedures.
- Many spaces within Central Library are also available for private events
